Tailored feedback will be provided directly into the document as comments. Once modifications are made and suggestions get incorporated, the resume can be sent back to the manager for review up to two more times, after which you will be able to schedule a second 40-minute discussion to complete the process.[/expand]

An experienced manager will help you identify your strengths and formulate articulated answers to the questions that are generally asked during interviews.
