As the Head of Client Support, Sam is responsible for global delivery of his current organization. He has worked in customer support and operations for over 20 years, with extensive experience in leadership, project management, training, customer management, and a vast background in proactive and reactive technical support of mission critical systems for top account customers at multi-million companies. He enjoys leading teams in challenging technical and multicultural environments.

He is also a professor in one of the most renowned universities of the United States.
