PrepMyHire is the Americas counterpart of the European-based GetMeHired, founded by Lili, a corporate mom on maternity leave during the most challenging year, 2020.

Sofia is our Americas CEO. She is a US-based seasoned manager who is passionate about developing people. As a diversity advocate, she is active in many groups focusing on minorities. As an experienced hiring manager both in Europe and the US, she has often being assisting others to succeed in their career development, by prepping them to master the interview process.

By aligning the process designed by GetMeHired with her vast knowledge of the US market, Sofia is focused on enabling professionals to successfully navigate the often unexpected tides of the hiring process. PrepMyHire will provide you with the tools and the confidence you need.
